The Hager “Fellow Traveler” is a modern dress watch interpretation of the famous Dudley Pocket Watch. Anyone who ever seen a Dudley Masonic pocket watch knows how rare and valuable they are as Masonic timepieces. Since that time, no other watch has come close to capturing the "magic" of the Dudley timekeeper ...until now.

“…An Ode to the Craft”

The Dudley Masonic pocket watch is a classic of watch-making excellence. Designed by Bro. William Wallace Dudley and manufactured by the Dudley Watch Company of Pennsylvania about 1920-1925, only 2,600 were ever made. The Dudley masonic pocket watches had the movement plates and bridges reshaped to represent Masonic symbols. The unique design feature of the watch is that Masonic working tools were used as the bridgework to support the gears. The watch had a crystal on the back so the beauty of the internal works could be enjoyed. In keeping with the Dudley Pocket watch design, Hager has reworked the rotor of the movement in the shape of the Compasses and Square with an exhibition casaback, allowing you to view the movement. We will try and make the “G” gold in color but can’t promise anything other than a blued rotor at this time. The wording on the case back will be different and will pertain to phrases only we as Masons would know. We will also leave enough room on the caseback for people to engrave names or lodge numbers (please note we do not engrave, nor can we do a custom order).

A percentage of the proceeds will go towards my lodge, Friendship Lodge #84 Hagerstown, MD as we look to refurbish our new home and leisure area (The Rough Ashlar).
